Holladay and Sons LLC started in 2020, rooted in Mist, Oregon, a small community in the Coast Range hills of northwest Oregon. What began as a father-and-son operation has grown into a crew-supported construction and land services company serving homeowners, landowners, and property managers across Oregon, southwest Washington, and Idaho. The work is hands-on, the crew is family-oriented, and the standards are set by people who live and work in the same region they serve.

We are a licensed Mobile Home Dealer Installer (MDI) in Oregon, license number 219901, and a licensed septic installer. That means when you need a complete mobile home set on your property, from site prep through utility hookup, we handle it under one roof with the credentials to back it up. We also carry that mobile home installation service into Washington and Idaho, so rural property owners across the Pacific Northwest have a reliable, licensed team to call.

Beyond mobile home installation, we do the ground-up work that makes a property usable. Land clearing, grading, and excavation. Septic systems and underground utilities. Retaining walls built from concrete, wood, boulders, or block. Erosion control and geo-synthetic systems for slopes and drainage challenges. If the land needs to be shaped before anything else can happen, that is where we start.
